Weather Watcher Live 6.0.0.56 is a desktop weather station for Windows.
It shows the user real-time weather conditions in his neighborhood, with information from WeatherBug weather stations, or as reported by NWS.
It retrieves the current conditions, hourly forecast, daily forecast, severe weather alerts from NWS (only in the US), and weather maps for thousands of cities world-wide.
The first time you run the program, WWL will offer you to set up your options, like startup options, time display, active station(s), when to look for updates, Internet connection details, preferred units, alert, maps, wallpaper, icon, tooltips and skins,
Then, using the information from the desired station, the program will show you the temperature, feels like, dew point, humidity, pressure and wind for the selected location.
You will also see the forecast for the next 24 hours, you can even see an hourly or daily forecast. You can access animated maps using links that will open web pages.
You can set the program to show you Severe Weather Alerts. |
